Anpario announces that it was notified today by Karen Prior, Group Finance Director of the Company, that on 18 September 2020 Karen Prior sold in aggregate 85,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 398.41p. Following the sale, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario is 130,815 Ordinary Shares representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
