Board update

Anpario, the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity advises that, as previously announced, Peter Lawrence will retire as Non-Executive Chairman at the AGM and will leave the Group on 17th June 2021 and we are delighted that Kate Allum will take over as Non-Executive Chairman from that date.

Also, Matthew Robinson takes over with immediate effect as Senior Independent Director from Richard Wood who retired from the Board on 31 March 2021.

Both Kate and Matthew were recently appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Anpario and bring considerable senior executive and Non-Executive experience of publicly listed companies.

We also announce the appointments of chair to the following key committees with immediate effect:

Audit Committee Chairman Matthew Robinson

Remuneration Committee Chairman Matthew Robinson

Nomination Committee Chairman Ian Hamilton

Peter Lawrence, Chairman, stated:
