AGM Arrangements

Further to the Company's announcement on 19 March 2020, Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) will be hosting the AGM as planned on 30 March 2020 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG or at such venue as may be directed therefrom on the day. Following the recent Government restrictions placed on public gatherings and in line with article 17.1 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Board will be restricting shareholders from attending the meeting in the interest of security. We strongly urge all shareholders to vote by proxy , submitting such votes by no later than 11.00 a.m on 26 March 2020.

Angus would like to remind all shareholders that we will aim to arrange a further face to face shareholder meeting within one month of the end of this period of restricted activities and, in the interim, we encourage shareholders to make use of our monthly Investor Questions website for direct enquiries, http://www.angusenergy.co.uk/media/investor-questions/.
