Share Allotment
The Company has today allotted 110,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each following the exercise of share options under the Animalcare Group plc Executive Share Option Schemes (EMI). The share options were exercised at a price of 57.5 pence. 100,000 of these shares were allotted to Group CEO Stephen Wildridge.
Following the allotment Mr Wildridge has transferred the shares to his wife, Mrs Margaret Wildridge. As a result of this purchase, Mr Wildridge now has a beneficial interest in 419,068 shares representing 2.07% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
Following this allotment the Company has 20,285,824 shares in issue.
Application for admission to trading of these shares will be made shortly.
