Director Shareholding
Animalcare (AIM: ANCR), the supplier of pharmaceutical and other premium products and services to the veterinary industry, announces that today, 18 April 2013, Chris Brewster, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,079 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 122.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction Mr Brewster now has a beneficial interest in 4,079 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
