Director/PDMR Shareholding

The board of Animalcare was informed on 4 December 2015 that James Lambert, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has sold 11,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 235 pence per share. Mr Lambert's overall beneficial interest following this transaction, which took place on 4 December 2015, is now in 1,392,691 Ordinary Shares, representing c.6.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
