Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that on 10 November, Geoff Rhodes, Non-executive Director, transferred 582,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company to his wife, Mrs Nancy Rhodes.

As a result of this, Mr Rhodes beneficial interest in Company remains at 582,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
