Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that James Lambert ("Mr Lambert"), Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68 pence per share through his SIPP.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Lambert is now interested in 958,373 Ordinary Shares representing 4.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
