Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 20 July 2009 that on 17 July 2009 a fund managed by S.F. Riddell, Chief Executive of the Company, in which he has no beneficial interest, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of £0.98 per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Riddell has a beneficial interest in 769,091 Ordinary Shares representing 3.89% and a non beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
