Animalcare Group PLC (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 23 October 2008 that on 22 October 2008, 36,364 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company were transferred to Simon Riddell, Chief Executive, from the estate of a deceased relative.

As a result of this transfer, Mr Riddell is now interested in 769,091 Ordinary Shares representing 3.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
