Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that today James Lambert, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company at a price of 120p. As a result of this purchase, Mr Lambert is now interested in 1,286,691 Ordinary Shares representing 6.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr N Downshire, non-executive director, today sold 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company at a price of 120p. As a result of this sale, Mr Downshire is now interested in 1,420,029 Ordinary Shares representing 7.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
