Directorate change
Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), a leading supplier of veterinary medicines and other products to the veterinary and agricultural markets, announces the retirement of Commercial Director and Company Secretary John Tobin effective 31st December 2010.
Mr Tobin joined the Company as Group CFO in April 2008. He subsequently became Commercial Director and Company Secretary and has helped integrate Animalcare into the old Ritchey Group and more recently played a key part in the sale of the non-core agriculture business.
The Board would like to thank John for his contribution to the development of the Group including his strong financial stewardship as CFO and his commitment to the recent divestment programme. We wish him every success in the future.
