Exercise of Options
On 08 January 2014, the Company issued and allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') to former director Stephen Wildridge following an exercise of options held by him over Ordinary Shares at a price of 130.0 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the Animalcare Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme.
Application will be made for the admission of the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on 17 January 2014.
On admission to trading of the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 20,860,204 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights.
