Annual General Meeting

Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced products for the global surgical and advanced wound care markets, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 am today at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.

Chris Meredith, AMS's Chief Executive Officer, will give a short presentation at the Annual General Meeting. No new material information will be provided.

AMS will be providing a trading update for the first half of the year in early July.
