Update to Fundraising Settlement

TORONTO, ONTARIO - November 1, 2022 - Amaroq Minerals Ltd. (AIM, TSXV, Nasdaq: AMRQ - formerly AEX Gold), an independent mine development company with a substantial land package of gold and strategic mineral assets covering an area of 7,866.85 km2 in Southern Greenland, announces that the settlement and admission of the 31,979,652 common shares of the Company in relation to the UK Placing and Canadian Subscription, as detailed in the announcements on the 19 and 20 October 2022, is now expected to occur on 3 November 2022.
