Transfer of Shares

Amphion Innovations plc (the "Company") (LSE: AMP), the developer of medical and technology businesses, announces that it has received notification that on 19 January 2015 Richard Morgan, CEO of the Company, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares to his adult daughter for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Richard Morgan's beneficial interest in the Company is 23,642,499 ordinary shares representing 15.94% of the total voting rights in the Company.
