RNS released in error

The 'Publication of Circular, Notice of General Meeting' announcement released on 10 August 2020 at 07.00 a.m. under RNS No 5508V was a draft announcement released in error and should be disregarded. In particular, the statement in the draft announcement that it contained inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014 was incorrect and should be disregarded.

The Board of Amino is in the final stages of approving the circular convening a General Meeting of the Company referred to in that RNS and expects to announce its posting to shareholders of the Company tomorrow, 11 August 2020.
