Grant of Options
Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based broadband network software and systems group, announces that on the 18 August a sub-committee of the Board approved the grant of options over ordinary shares in the Company to Mr Keith Todd, Non-executive Chairman; Mr Stuart Darling, Finance Director; and The CIT Pension Fund on behalf of Mr Colin Smithers, Non-executive Director.
All options are exercisable at 62 pence per share and the vesting of these options is subject to the achievement of performance conditions. Details are as follows:
