Grant of Options
Amino Technologies plc ("Amino" or the "Company") (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 15 July 2014, pursuant to the Company's long term incentive plan, it awarded options to acquire ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Options") to the following Directors on the terms detailed below:

The Options awarded are subject to certain performance criteria based upon the share price performance and the earnings generated by the Company. The Options vest when the performance criteria have been met and expire on the fifth anniversary of the date of the grant.
