Director's Share Dealings
African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI), the exploration and production company with interests focused in Sierra Leone, West Africa, announces certain director’s share dealings.
AML announces that on 14 May 2008 CA Nominees Limited exercised certain
share purchase warrants as nominee for CA Fiduciary Services Limited which as Trustees of the Timis Trust wholly owns Timis Diamond Corporation, and purchased 500,000 new common shares in the Company at an exercise price of CAD$0.75 per common share (the “New Common Shares”). Mr Frank Timis, Executive Chairman of the Company, is a beneficiary of the Timis Trust. Subsequent to the issue of the New Common Shares, Timis Diamond Corporation will own 41,375,002 common shares of the Company in issue which represents 25.98% of the Company’s issued share capital. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading,
and these will rank pari passu with the Company´s existing common shares. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence on or about 22 May 2008. For further information, please contact:
