Admission of Shares to Trading
African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI), the mineral exploration and development company with significant interests in Sierra Leone, West Africa, confirms that further to its announcement of 2 July 2009, 25,538,880 new common shares were placed with institutional investors and were admitted to trading on AIM on 16 July 2009.
The Company now has 213,431,321 common shares in issue.
