African Minerals Ltd08 May 2008 8 May 2008 African Minerals Limited ("African Minerals" or the "Company") Additional Listing on Exercise of Warrants African Minerals Limited (AIM: AMI), the mineral exploration company withinterests in Sierra Leone, West Africa, announces the exercise of certainwarrants. The Company announces that, today, 150,000 new common shares of US$0.01 each ("New Common Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise ofwarrants at an exercise price of 115 pence per common share. Subsequent to the issuance of these New Common Shares, African Minerals willhave 157,608,241 common shares in issue. Application has been made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to tradingand these will rank pari passu with the Company's existing common shares.Dealings on AIM are expected to commence on or about 14 May 2008.
