2009 Annual Report & Accounts and AGM Notice Posted
African Minerals Limited, (AIM: AMI) the mineral exploration company with significant iron ore interests in Sierra Leone, West Africa, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website at www.african-minerals.com
The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 20 August 2010 at African Minerals (Guernsey) Limited, Dixcart House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY1 1GX.
