Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that it was today notified that Mr Paul McKay, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has today bought 125,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.65 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Paul McKay will have a beneficial interest in 138,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
