Executives Meet With Governor of Amur Oblast

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur", "AMC" or the "Company"), the exploration and development company focused on base metal projects located in the Far East of Russia, reports Mr. Robin Young (CEO) and Mr. Randolph Lewis (President of Russian Operations) met with Mr. Oleg Kozhemyako (the Governor of Amur Oblast) on 19 February 2015 in Moscow, Russia, where matters pertaining to AMC's Kun-Manie nickel copper sulphide project located in the northeast of Amur Oblast region were discussed.

The focus of discussions was related to the development of the access and power infrastructure requirements for the project. Alternatives were presented by AMC, and Mr. Kozhemyako provided valuable input and insight. The Amur government and AMC agreed to continue to work closely together to find the lowest-cost and most effective method to access the site and transport metal to markets.

AMC and the Amur Oblast Ministry of Economics will liaise to advance the project on both the technical and political fronts. AMC and Mr. Kozhemyako concur that the development of Kun-Manie is a key project capable of providing in excess of 1,000 jobs and additional revenues to the region. The Governor fully supports the Company's development and the pending issuance of the production licence to AMC.
