AMBRIAN CAPITAL PLC
Ambrian Capital plc confirms that it is in advanced discussions with INTL FCStone Inc. to sell one of its subsidiaries, Ambrian Commodities Limited. The discussions are based on selling the subsidiary at net asset value. Ambrian Commodities Limited is the LME futures and broking business of Ambrian Capital plc.
