Director's dealing 

Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR), the natural resources investment banking group, was today informed of the transfer of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company by Mr Tom Gaffney, the Chief Executive Officer of Ambrian Capital, on 23 March 2009 at 16.25p per Ordinary Share to his wife. 

As a result of this transfer, Mr Gaffney's beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 3,670,053 Ordinary Shares, 3.43% of total voting rights.
