Issue of Equity
The Board confirms today that they have approved the issue of ordinary shares in the Company of 1p, following the exercise of options as follows (the "Options"):

Application has been made for the ordinary shares created pursuant to the exercise of the Options (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 31 July 2008.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, is 84,378,391 ordinary shares.
