Notification of Interests
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules Cluff has today received the following notifications of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:
On 15 September 2008, Durmachel Nominee Limited transferred the 12,143,091 ordinary shares it was holding on behalf of Ronald Winston to Ronald Winston. Accordingly Durmachel Nominee Limited now hold 247,818 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and 0.25% of the total voting rights in the Company. Durmachel Nominee Limited no longer hold a disclosable interest in the Company.
Ronald Winston's total holding in Cluff therefore remains at 12,383,591 Ordinary Shares, being 12.8% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue at 12.8% of the total voting rights in the Company.
