The Board announces that Mr Wong Nyen Faat, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on 9 October 2019 and intends to step down from his position from the date of the AGM.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Wong for his contribution during his tenure with the Company and to wish him the very best for the future.
