The Company announces the resignation of Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP as the Company's auditor with effect from and including 1 May 2015 as a result of the merger of the audit practice of Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP with Moore Stephens LLP. Moore Stephens LLP will be appointed as the Company's auditor with effect from and including 1 May 2015.
