Director Declaration

On 17 June 2013, Laura Ashley announced that Ms Ho Kuan Lai has joined the board as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. 

Ms Ho Kuan Lai has extensive retail experience through senior roles at Metrojaya, a leading Malaysian based department store group, and a number of speciality retailers such as Cape Code and East India Clothing Company. Ms Ho Kuan Lai is also on the board of a number of Malaysian based food, tourism, real estate and financial service companies.

Pursuant to the FCA LR 9.6.13, there is no information to be disclosed in relation to Ms Ho Kuan Lai.
