Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Paul Hooper, the Group Chief Executive, acquired 2,270 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 23 March 2010, (representing 0.01% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 95p per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Hooper and connected persons have an interest 262,489 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.73% of the ordinary shares in issue).
