Director/PDMR Shareholding - Correction
The following amendments have been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 16 February 2012 under RNS No 5830X. All other details remain unchanged.
Mr Paul Hooper's total interest in ordinary shares with voting rights is now 321,655 which equates to 0.89% of the issued share capital.
The full amended text is as follows:
The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Paul Hooper, Chief Executive, and connected persons, acquired 37,856 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 16 February 2012, (representing 0.10% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 92p per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Hooper and connected persons have an interest in 321,655 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.89% of the ordinary shares in issue).
