Mr Paul Hooper
The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Paul Hooper, the Group Chief Executive, acquired 17,861 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 13 February 2015, (representing 0.05% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of £1.345 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Hooper has an interest in 104,643 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.29% of the ordinary shares in issue).
