Update re Placing

 

GoldBridges Global Resources plc (AIM: GBGR), the gold mining and development company, announces that further to the announcement dated 28 February 2014, the placing of 550,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 2.175p each raising £11.96m (before expenses) is expected to close shortly and in any event before 19 March 2014.
