The Company announces that onΒ 23 DecemberΒ 2009Β George Eccles,Β Non-executiveΒ ChairmanΒ transferred 120,500Β Ordinary Shares in the Company,Β which heΒ held in his own name,Β toΒ an assurance vie underΒ the terms of which he and his wife are the named beneficiaries.Β The transfer was affected via an on market transaction at aΒ saleΒ price of 6.75 pence andΒ purchase price ofΒ 6.80 pence.Β
Following theΒ transfer of Ordinary Shares described above,Β Mr.Β Eccles'sΒ totalΒ beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged atΒ 144,750Β Ordinary Shares which represents 0.028per cent.Β of the issued share capital of the Company.
