Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
AltynGold (LSE:ALTN), an established precious metals producer operating in Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Maryam Buribayeva as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Maryam is a finance professional with extensive experience across the natural resources and property sectors, having held senior roles at North Caspian Operating Company, KazMunayGaz, and Mercury Properties. Her strong track record in finance and familiarity with AltynGold make her exceptionally well-placed to take on the CFO role at a pivotal stage in the Company’s growth.
Maryam has served as a Non-Executive Director of AltynGold for the past 3 years, gaining a deep understanding of the Company’s operations and strategy. She will remain on the Board of the Company as an Executive Director.
