Altyn Plc("Altyn" or the "Company")AIX Bond placement complete
Altyn is pleased to announce that the bond issue on the Astana International Exchange (aix.kz) was fully placed by Freedom Finance JSC with the Company raising the targeted $10m amount. This achievement is a significant vote of confidence of investors in the future of the Company. The successful bond issue also allows Altyn to diversify its sources of funding by tapping the domestic retail driven capital market. The proceeds will be mainly used for capital development and continued growth of the Company.
Aidar Assaubayev, the CEO of Altyn PLC commented: “Another milestone was achieved by Altyn this year, being the first private company to achieve a successful bond placement on the Astana International Exchange, a statement on investor’s confidence in Altyn.
