Schedule 2(g) Update

The following matters fall to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

· Keith Edelman (Chairman) is:

o A board member of London Legacy Development Corporation and E20 Stadium LLP

o A Director of Beale Limited and J E Beale Public Limited Company which are both currently in administration

· Peter Hallett (Non-Executive Director) is a Director of Paradigm Global Sourcing (Singapore) PTE Ltd

· Nichole Stella (CEO) is a director of Altitude Group, Inc.

Per the announcement dated 12 March 2021 (RNS number: 0302S), the options of Nichole Stella and Graeme Couturier were disclosed as 1,979,205 and 1,097,448 options respectively.

These figures are incorrect as they do not include the exercise of options from 23 February 2021, and as such should be corrected to 1,666,668 options for Nichole and 1,038,896 options for Graeme.
