Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, following the exercise of a former employee share option, it has issued, conditional on admission, 555,556 new ordinary shares of £0.004 in the capital of the Company.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 December 2011.
Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 42,579,036 ordinary voting shares in issue.
