Exclusive Partnership Agreement

Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the promotional products sector, is pleased to announce that its Trade Only™ division has agreed a partnership with PrintSites.com. that creates what the Directors believe to be the first cloud-based resource that combines print and promotional products in a single shopping solution - complete with amongst other features as, royalty-free templates, print product creation, proofing and live order status updates.

This agreement will enable Trade Only to integrate the PrintSites solution into its existing 'Vision' web store and order management solution, thereby allowing promotional product suppliers extensive access to the $40 billion market for on-demand print without the need for additional software or resources. Through seamless integration, the print module will be offered as a simple add-on to the existing Trade Only 'Vision' system and offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) to promotional resellers. The Company expects the integrated solution will be available in Q2 2012.
