Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that on 30 September 2010, Vivienne Blumfield, Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.75p per share, and 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 15p per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Blumfield has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 25,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.066 per cent. of the issued share capital.
