Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc24 April 2008 Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc ("Dowlis" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc, a leading promotional productdistributor, has been informed that on 23 April 2008 Mr Craig Slater, ChiefExecutive Officer, purchased 71,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("OrdinaryShares") in the Company at a price of 14p per share. Following this transaction,Mr Slater has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 91,000 OrdinaryShares representing approximately 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital. Furthermore, on 23 April 2008, a company and its wholly owned subsidiary inwhich Mr Colin Cooke, non Executive Chairman, has a beneficial interest of 40per cent., purchased a total of 142,000 Ordinary Shares at 14p per sharebringing their total holding in the Company to 217,000 Ordinary Shares,representing 0.57% per cent. of the issued share capital. The Board has further been informed that Mr Martin Varley, Director, has today purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a priceof 14.5p per share.
