Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that yesterday the Company was informed of a sale of ordinary shares of 0.4p each in Altitude Group plc by a director of the Company.
Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, has on 12 June 2019, sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 108 pence per ordinary share.
Mr. Varley is therefore beneficially interested in 12,204,618 Ordinary Shares representing 17.97% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
