Directors' Dealing
Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print and promotional products sector, announces that on 11 July 2012 David Dannhauser, a Director of the Company, acquired a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Of the total ordinary shares purchased, 35,000 ordinary shares were acquired at 17.25p and are held beneficially by Mr Dannhauser's wife, and 40,000 and 25,000 ordinary shares were acquired at 17.10p and 17.125p respectively and are held via Mr Dannhauser's SIPP.
Following this purchase, Mr Dannhauser holds an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
