Appointment of CFO

Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print and promotional products sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Dannhauser as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

David Dannhauser has been on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director since May 2011.

Colin Cooke, Non-Executive Chairman of Altitude, commented: "I am delighted that David Dannhauser has agreed to take up the position as CFO. He has a keen understanding of the business and strategic opportunities having been present as the Company has evolved over the last two years. His previous involvement as CFO in the development of software businesses in an international context has already proved to be valuable.We have recently strengthened the Board and senior management team of the Company with the appointment of Stephen Yapp as Non-Executive Chairman designate and Alan Patrick as COO of the USA operations, and this appointment is a continuation of the process of building a management team around Martin Varley as CEO to meet the needs of the Company's continued development. I am confident that, with his extensive plc experience, David will be able to lead the development of a finance function that meets the increasing needs of our growing operations."
