Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that, further to the announcement on 27 November 2018 regarding the appointment of Keith Edelman as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, all necessary regulatory due diligence procedures have been completed.
