Cloud Software Supply Agreement with EmbroidMe

Altitude (AIM: ALT), a leading provider of technology and enterprise information management solutions to the print and promotional products sector, has agreed supply terms with EmbroidMe, the world's leading franchise for embroidered garments and promotional products. The agreement provides for Altitude's Trade Only™ division, to provide its fully integrated point of sale ("POS"), web store, customer relationship manager ("CRM") and order management solution to each of several hundred EmbroidMe franchise stores across the USA, Canada, EMEA and Australia.

The Trade Only™ software as a service ("SaaS") product, provides users with an enterprise information management suite allowing them to enjoy world class functionality without the need for costly internal technology resources.
