NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
Alpha Group International plc ("Alpha") announces that on 25 August 2025 it granted awards under the Group LTIP to Tim Powell (CFO) and Tim Butters (CRO). Details of the grants are set out below.
Alpha had intended to grant the awards in June 2025 but the grant was delayed by reason of the recommended cash acquisition of Alpha by Corpay, Inc. announced on 23 July 2025. In the context of the acquisition, the awards will be subject to performance and pro-rating and, as permitted under the rules of the Group LTIP, will be settled in cash.
Clive Kahn (CEO) has waived his entitlement to a grant under the Group LTIP.
